MORE THAN JUST A HIKE

Join us for a ten-day transformative journey in the majestic Himalayas of India, trekking through breathtaking landscapes, visiting ancient temples, and discovering cultural wisdom.

THE MASTER PLAN

We’re embarking on this journey to turn inward—reconnecting with a deeper way of living and seeing the world. Through physical challenge, we create the space to rediscover gratitude for life’s simplest gifts.

  • We’ll greet you at the New Delhi airport, where you’ll meet our team and the rest of the group. After a chance to stretch, freshen up, and get settled, we’ll travel together by bus to Rishikesh.

  • After breakfast in Rishikesh, we’ll begin our scenic drive into the Himalayas. Along the way, we’ll stop at Devaprayag, a sacred confluence where the Bhagirathi and Alaknanda rivers meet to form the Ganges. It’s a powerful and symbolic place to pause, stretch, and take in the energy of the land.

By late afternoon, we’ll reach Sari, a quiet mountain village surrounded by terraced hills and snow-dusted peaks.

After settling in, you’ll have time to rest or wander before we gather for a warm meal and settle into the stillness of mountain life.

    Overnight: Sari Village Guesthouse

  • We’ll start the morning with a light breakfast before beginning our hike to Deoriatal, a serene high-altitude lake surrounded by forest and distant Himalayan peaks. The trail winds gently uphill through oak and rhododendron trees, offering quiet moments and sweeping views.

After a few hours of hiking, we’ll arrive at the lake—a calm, reflective pool with a breathtaking backdrop of Chaukhamba and other towering peaks. We’ll settle here for the afternoon, with time to rest, meditate, journal, or simply be still in nature.

As the sun sets we’ll gather for dinner and circle up under the stars.

    Overnight: Sari Village Guesthouse

  • Today we ascend to Tungnath, the highest Shiva temple in the world. The trail climbs steadily, opening to panoramic views of surrounding peaks.

We will then hike to Chandrashila Peak, offering some of the most breathtaking views in the region.

    Overnight: Sari Village Guesthouse

  • We’ll drive deeper into the mountains to Ransi, the gateway to Madmaheshwar. From here, we begin our trek to the remote and sacred Shri Madmaheshwar Temple, one of the Panch Kedar pilgrimage sites. The path is long but rewarding, winding through alpine forests and mountain villages.

    Overnight: Bantoli Guesthouse

  • After visiting the temple at sunrise, we begin our descent toward Bantoli, a quiet village nestled at the confluence of two mountain rivers. It’s a peaceful and remote place—perfect for reflection and rest.

    Overnight: Ransi Guesthouse

  • Today we journey by road to Badrinath, one of the holiest towns in the Indian Himalayas. The drive is long and winding but awe-inspiring, passing waterfalls, cliffs, and sacred rivers. We’ll arrive in time to explore the colorful streets and visit the famous Badrinath Temple.

    Overnight: Guesthouse in Badrinath.

  • We’ll rise early and begin our hike toward the base of Nilkanth, the towering peak that rises behind Badrinath. The route is rugged and wild, taking us into higher elevation and dramatic Himalayan landscapes.

    Overnight: Guesthouse in Badrinath.

  • We’ll begin the journey back to Rishikesh, descending from the high mountains to the foothills. Expect a full day of travel with stops along the way to stretch, eat, and soak in the last mountain views.

    Overnight: Hotel in Rishikesh.

  • Your final day with our group. As our journey together comes to a close, we invite you to take time to reflect and share a quiet moment with new friends before saying your goodbyes.

If you’re heading off to your next destination, we’re here to support you with any travel arrangements you might need.

And if you’re not in a rush—stick around! Some of us will be staying an extra day to relax and soak in a bit more of Rishikesh.

This is the end of our journey together for now, but we hope the connections and memories carry forward wherever life takes you next.
